M3 provides lead advisory on multi-million pound MBI


Staffordshire engineering company Chasepark Profiles (2000) Ltd is now under new ownership following a multi-million pound management buy-in supported by M3 Corporate Finance.

Chasepark currently employs around 50 people at its factory in Burntwood and has a broad range of clients, from niche, small companies to large multinationals including Caterpillar and JCB. M3 Corporate Finance assisted with negotiation of the deal, advised on deal structure, secured the necessary finance and project managed the deal to successful conclusion.
Peter Fairclough said: "I am seeking to acquire additional businesses in the UK and will certainly use the professional services of M3 again. They were outstanding and had the expertise, determination and the right connections in the finance world to make the deal work."
