M3 Corporate Finance welcomes Jane

Bristol-based M3 Corporate Finance, which specialises in helping smaller firms secure acquisition and growth capital, has appointed Jane McKenzie-Wynne as an associate.

Jane has more than 20 years' experience in the corporate finance world, having worked for various accountancy practices, and for Barclays' large corporate deal team in the South West - part of the bank's sales and asset finance division - before joining M3.

Prior to this she was a finance director in industry for seven years and was closely involved in the 20 million pound flotation of Swindon-based Blick Time Systems and a series of corporate acquisitions.

A Cambridge University graduate who qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, Jane has been involved in several strategic business planning assignments for large UK corporates, including the Somerfield supermarket chain and the RAC. She has also worked in professional corporate finance lead advisory roles and was a corporate finance director at Baker Tilly.

"I look forward to working with the M3 team and helping smaller businesses in the region secure the growth capital they need to survive and prosper," said Jane. "Our research shows that there are very few opportunities for such firms when looking for financing or transaction support where the sums involved are below 2 million."
