We have a growing number of buy-side clients, looking to acquire established family owned businesses.  

In summary their criteria are:

·         Location- South and South West, stretching as far as Oxford and Reading to the Midlands in the North.

·         Sectors- B2B, manufacturing, engineering, distribution and wholesale of product, financial services and IT support and training.

·          Size- Typically annual revenues >£3m and operating profits upwards of £300k.

·         Transaction- Happy to consider BIMBO’s, or partial exits.
