An established Main Contractor based in the South West requires up to £500k to assist with its current work in progress and ongoing commercial build projects.
Current funders are unwilling to support the growth and shareholder/directors seek investment and/or commercial funding to enable the current work load to be fulfilled.
The business operates as a project manager and outsources all build services to sub contractors.
It has a record of attracting large scale and prestigious projects, which currently include leisure and golf complex, luxury apartments, a doctor's surgery and house for an established Housing Association.
Contracted work for 2009 will reach £5.5m, which is budgeted to return £700k EBIT. Other projects are also likely to be gained but not planned for 2009.
