Matthew Oliver - ACA, ATII. Director

Company side experience having been on the inside securing growth finance and with 'hands-on' pre and post transaction support.

Matthew held a number of senior financial positions in the United Kingdom and overseas, including former Board Director of a 250 person international company, and time at the head office of a NASDAQ quoted company. He has significant experience with start-ups and small companies, and dealing with periods of rapid company growth and change. He also has first hand experience of acquisitions and securing various types of funding including debt in its many guises, and equity.

Matthew qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Anderson.
